Meine Lieben,

My dear,

I’m always looking for new inspiration all over the world.

Today, I tell you about my last journey to Tangier (Morocco) and my adventures there.

I traveld from Germany to Malaga (Spain) by plane. There I rented a car and went to Tarifa (the most southern point of Europe). Over the course of the day I covered 150 km of beautiful coastel road.

The next day I started with the ferry boat to Tangier. The journey took just 20 minutes and I couldn’t stop thinking about, for what me expected there.

The „Medina“, the market of Tangier, was only 1 kilometer from the habour. So it was an easy walk.

I passed the big entry gate with really amazed me. There were so many traders and inside the shops I was greeted by th smoth leather, patchouli and herbs. How fortunate, that every body there spoke spanish, so I could talk with everybody.  There were so many wonderful belts, bags and handemade jewels.

Between all of it there was the real market. The market traders sits at their streets and offer their products such as potatoes, vegetables and so on. You must keep on eye on yourself as sometimes there can be tuk tuks passing extremely fast.

After I looked at everything, I felt hungry and I had lunch (original moroccan soarma and arabic Coca-Cola) on a bench in the park of Tangier amongst the local morrocan people, an really fantastic atmosphere.

That’s it. I’m going to trade!!!!!! After countless cups of tea and trade talks in spanish I was contented and I left morocco with so many incredibly beautiful braclets, earrings, belts and bags.

There is nothing else to say except.  I hope, you like the things, that I’ve brought and I look forward to my next trip to morocco.
